Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Explore sacred Buddhist sites with a brief introduction to the Yolmo Valley Meditation Tour.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Milarepa Monastery
Embark on a jeep journey to Timber. Start trekking to Milarepa Monastery.
Day 04: Hike Milarepa to MelamchiGaon (5 hrs)
After a brief meditation in the monastery, trek through lush green woods, springs, and waterfalls, experiencing the natural beauty of the region.
Day 05 – 08: Meditation in Melamchi Gaon
Explore the Yolmo trekking area, where MelamchiGaon offers numerous caves for meditation. Immerse yourself in the holiness of the region by meditating in caves and monasteries.
Day 09: Melamchi Gaon to Milarepa (4 hrs)
Short meditation in Milarepa Cave before a 4-hour trek back to Milarepa Monastery.
Day 10: Milarepa to Kathmandu
After breakfast, a short walk followed by a 4-hour drive back to Kathmandu.
Day 11: Departure
