Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m)

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, where you’ll be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, you’ll receive a briefing on the upcoming adventure, followed by an introduction to your Royal Enfield bike. In the evening, enjoy free time to explore the vibrant Thamel area, known for its shops, restaurants, and bustling nightlife.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Bandipur (130 km, 6 hrs)

After breakfast, begin your ride along the scenic Prithvi Highway. As you travel through lush green hills, small villages, and riverside landscapes, you’ll make your way to Bandipur, a charming hilltop town. Explore Bandipur’s cobblestone streets, visit ancient temples, and take in panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Machapuchare and Annapurna ranges.

Day 3: Bandipur to Pokhara (80 km, 4 hrs)

Set off for Pokhara, a picturesque lakeside city nestled at the foot of the Annapurna range. The ride takes you through small towns, terraced fields, and lush forests. Upon arrival, you can relax by Phewa Lake, rent a boat to paddle on the serene waters, or take a stroll through the lively lakeside area filled with cafes and shops.

Day 4: Pokhara to Kalopani (2,005 m, 129 km, 6 hrs)

Leave Pokhara for Kalopani, riding through rugged terrain and crossing the Kali Gandaki Gorge, one of the deepest gorges in the world. The road winds its way up, offering awe-inspiring views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains. Kalopani is a quiet village nestled amidst stunning mountain scenery and is a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of riding.

Day 5: Kalopani to Muktinath (3,750 m, 50 km, 3 hrs)

Today’s ride takes you up to Muktinath, one of the holiest sites in the Himalayas, revered by both Hindus and Buddhists. You’ll pass through the charming village of Marpha, famous for its apple orchards and cider. The ride involves steep ascents through winding mountain roads, culminating at Muktinath, where you can explore the sacred temple and enjoy the breathtaking views.

Day 6: Muktinath to Tatopani (3,210 m, 72 km, 3.5 hrs)

Descend from Muktinath to Tatopani, a village known for its natural hot springs. The route takes you through the beautiful settlements of Kagbeni and Jomsom, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Upon reaching Tatopani, relax and rejuvenate in the therapeutic hot springs, a perfect way to recover from the ride.

Day 7: Tatopani to Pokhara (827 m, 106 km, 4 hrs)

This morning, embark on a scenic ride back to Pokhara, passing through lush valleys, terraced fields, and local villages. The ride is relatively easy, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding landscapes and the tranquil environment of the area. Once back in Pokhara, enjoy a relaxing evening by the lake or visit some of the local attractions such as the World Peace Pagoda or Devi’s Fall.

Day 8: Free Day in Pokhara

Today is a leisure day to relax or take part in adventurous activities. You can opt for paragliding over the lakeside or zip-lining for an adrenaline rush. Alternatively, explore Pokhara’s vibrant streets, visit the International Mountain Museum, or take a nature walk around the serene Phewa Lake.

Day 9: Pokhara to Lumbini (203 km, 7 hrs)

After breakfast, ride to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The journey takes you through picturesque villages, rural landscapes, and sprawling rice fields. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Lumbini Gardens, the Maya Devi Temple, and various monasteries built by different countries. The spiritual atmosphere and tranquil surroundings make it a deeply enriching experience.

Day 10: Lumbini to Chitwan National Park (200 km, 7 hrs)

This day, ride to Chitwan National Park, one of Nepal’s most renowned wildlife reserves. The park is famous for its population of Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinoceroses, and diverse bird species. Once at the park, enjoy a jungle walk, take a boat ride on the Rapti River, and experience a traditional Tharu cultural dance in the evening. Chitwan offers a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Nepal’s natural beauty.

Day 11: Chitwan to Kathmandu (180 km, 8 hrs)

Ride back to Kathmandu, marking the final leg of your motorbike journey. The route takes you through scenic landscapes, with plenty of opportunities for last-minute photos of the stunning surroundings. Upon reaching Kathmandu, enjoy a farewell dinner with your fellow riders to celebrate the completion of the adventure and share stories of your journey.

Day 12: Explore Kathmandu

Spend the day exploring Kathmandu, a city rich in history and culture. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple. In the afternoon, wander through the bustling streets of Thamel, where you can shop for souvenirs, local handicrafts, and souvenirs to remember your journey.

Day 13: Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey. Take with you unforgettable memories of your Himalayan motorbike adventure, friendships made, and the breathtaking landscapes you’ve encountered along the way.
